The horror movie workout is designed to be a quick workout you can do with no special equipment. From the maker of the TV Ad Workout app comes a new fun twist. Doing the workout will help improve your core, legs and upper body.

Some people just cant determine what exercises to do to get healthy. Doing a quick workout is better than doing nothing at all, and may leave you motivated to do more! This app was designed to combat the boredom, lack of time and confusion that comes with just determining what to do.

Each villain has its own unique exercise routine. Simply pick a movie villain, click start and start going hard for four exercises. A sound effect will play when its time to do the next exercise.
